Aam Aadmi Party funds: Delhi contributed the most, Singapore least

The Aam Aadmi Party has been collecting funds for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Delhi by hosting dinners and lunches in India and abroad. The process began on December 23, 2014 and is still on. So far, the party has been able to collect approximately Rs.4.5 crore and their target was Rs.30 crore. 
We get you the details of the donations received by the Arvind Kejriwal-led party, which ruled the national capital for 49 days in an impressive debut in the late 2013 elections.
On their website, the Aam Aadmi Party has disclosed the details of funds received from the five states in India and a few countries abroad until January 6. Here is a lowdown on what the party got:
1. Delhi: From India's capital, the Aam Aadmi Party has managed to gather the maximum fund of Rs.12,908,233 which is 38 per cent of the total fund received so far.
2. Maharastra: This state is number two where Rs.10,294,607 has been contributed which is 30.5 per cent of the fund.
3. Karnataka donated about Rs.28,46,388 which is 8.4 of the total fund.
4. Uttar Pradesh gave Rs.1,95,627 which is 5.8 per cent of the total fund.
5. Haryana helped with Rs.10,03,693 which is 3 per cent of the total fund.
The remaining funds from other states amount to  Rs.4,747,937 which is 14 per cent of the fund.
The global breakdown is as follows:
1. India: India of course is the biggest contributor with Rs.3,37,56,485, more than three-fourth of the total funds.
2. The US is number two with Rs.27,96,659 which is 6.4 per cent.
3. Canada donated Rs.25,99,500 which is 5.9 per cent of the total funds.
4. The UAE gave Rs.25,41991 which is 5.8 per cent of the total funds.
5. Singapore, which contributed the least, sent Rs.396,070.
